Shipping & Returns

 For returns please email support@soraastudio.com

 Please state your order number and reason for return. You may return your items back to us within 30 days of receipt of your order. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and have no signs of wear or alteration- including that of make-up.

 Please note, we reserve the right to refuse return items received that are not in a resellable condition. We also reserve the right to refuse returns that have been received beyond the 30 day return period. 

Please ensure, you obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

 Once your return has been received by us, we will send you an email to confirm. We will then send you a further email upon item inspection and let you know if your return has been accepted or not. Upon approval the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

 Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed, with a further 5-10 days for any credit amount to be received.
